Cancellation & Refund Policy

Organizers reserve the right to cancel any of the programs. In event of cancellation by the organizer, all registrants’ registration fees will be fully refunded. However, organizers will assume NO financial responsibility or other obligations to the registrants for cancellation. For instance, costs such as airfare and lodging are the responsibility of the registrant alone.

If a registrant cancels within 30 business days of a program, NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED. A written request (ex. email) is required for cancellation and refund. Any refund will be mailed within one month after the conclusion of the specific program. A $75 handling fee will be charged.
